Just back from Permata swimming pool . :)
Wanna keep fit adyy .. 
Too fat ! :x
when i primary school , i very very fat d ..
when standard 5 just go learn swimming ..
then join synchronized swimming , 
every time when we practice .
I'm the first people who jump in water .. 
and they follow me .. - -
1 set got butterfly , free style , breast stroke , back stroke .
then swim 4 set .. equal 16 rounds ..
after finished this 16 rounds , then add 16 rounds of free style .. X)
then from very very fat , become normal girl .. XD
but after upsr didn't swim anymore .. ><
until now , become fatter and fatter .. TT
